Momentum Mobile Tire and Wheel (MMT) and the Tire Tribe Protection to guarantee the quality and performance of your purchased tires. This warranty includes coverage for specific aspects of tire protection and service, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Period: This warranty is valid for the duration of the  tire’s life or for three years  from the date of purchase. The lifespan of the tire is defined by the safe usable tread depth, typically down to 3/32”. 
 

Coverage: This warranty provides protection against:

  • Manufacturing  workmanship: Deficiencies in how the tire was made or assembled.
  • Uniformity issues: Problems with the physical consistency or balance of the tire.
  • Tread wear: Covered according to the specific conditions and limitations detailed below.
  • Road Hazards: Damage caused by  contact with  debris.(i.e. rocks, nails, screws, glass. or potholes.

Tire Replacement & Adjustment: If a tire fails due to a covered defect or excessive tread wear during the warranty period, MMT will, at its discretion, either replace the tire or provide a pro-rated credit based on its age and remaining tread depth.

 

Conditions & Limitations

Owner Requirements: To maintain your coverage, you must meet the following conditions:

    • Proper maintenance: Tires must be installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s specific guidelines.

 

  • Professional Inspection: All warranty claims require a formal inspection and diagnosis by MMT.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original purchase receipt to initiate a claim.

 

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper Maintenance: Incorrect inflation pressure or mechanical issues, such as vehicle misalignment and suspension wear.
  • Abuse and Misuse: Racing, off-road use, or other  extreme driving conditions.
  • External Factors: Collisions, vandalism, or damage caused by tire chains. .
  • Normal Usage: Standard wear and tear that occurs over the life of the tire.

Tread Wear Warranty: Coverage for tread wear is contingent upon proper tire maintenance. To remain eligible for a tread wear claim, the following requirements must be met:

    • Regular Rotation: Tires must be rotated at industry standard intervals to ensure even wear.

 

  • Correct Inflation: Recommended air pressure must be maintained according to the vehicle’s manufacturer’s specifications. 
  • Wheel Alignment: The vehicle must be kept in proper alignment to prevent premature or irregular tire wear. 

 

Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Contact Us: MMT as soon as an issue is identified.
    • Provide Proof of Purchase: Present your original receipt to verify coverage and warranty dates. 

 

  • Schedule an Inspection: Make the tire available for a physical inspection and diagnosis by our technicians. 
  • Complete Documentation: Follow all additional procedures and provide any necessary documentation required by the tire manufacturer for the specific claim. 

 

Additional Limitations & Disclaimers:

Ownership & Transferability: 

    • Non-Transferable: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and the original vehicle. It can’t be transferred to subsequent owners or different vehicles.

 

  • Exclusive Warranty: No further warranties, whether express or implied, are provided beyond the terms of this certificate. 

 

Liability & Remedies: 

    • Limitation of Liability: MMT is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of time, towing charges, or loss of vehicle use.

 

  • Repair vs. Replacement: If a tire can be safely repaired, we will perform the repair free of charge at our discretion. If the tire is not repairable, we may issue a refund or credit for the original purchase price. 
  • Replacement Costs: Should you elect to purchase a replacement tire, you are responsible for the current sales price plus applicable taxes. A new Tire Tribe warranty must be purchased separately for any replacement tire.

 

  • Ownership of Property: Upon issuance of a refund or credit, MMT assumes full ownership of the damaged tire.
